The efficiency of our products also goes through testing. It comes last in order of time but it is one of the most important stages, as it is when our design skills and ability to produce your request are put to the test.

Die testing is carried out in-house with presses equipped with belt infeed lines.

The dimensional check of samples is carried out with 3D measuring machines, simultaneously issuing the relevant dimensional reports.

Our work does not end with testing: Berteotti also stands by its customers during maintenance or any replacement of worn or damaged parts. When we deliver the tools, we provide our customers with updated drawings of the actual product state: an additional service that is essential and assures ease and speed in future operations.
