01.
DEFINITION OF CUSTOMER EXPECTATIONS
In this stage, we obtain information regarding the customer’s requirements: designs, tolerances and features of the piece to be produced by the die, quantities and duration of production, and specifications.
02.
JOB ORDER ANALYSIS AND PLANNING OF OPERATIONS
This stage is dedicated to analysing the job order and identifying the most suitable technical solution to streamline production, and operations are planned by taking into account the delivery terms agreed upon.
03.
DESIGN
The method and layout of the die is defined and followed by the actual design of the tool with CAD CAM 3D systems.
04.
PRODUCTION
This is carried out by machinery that is constantly upgraded and includes various high speed CNC work centres, wire EDM machines, lathes and grinding machines.
05.
TESTING AND SET-UP
First moulding tests and tool set-up until the expected result is obtained.
Samples are analysed with dimensional checks carried out with 3D measuring machines.
06.
DELIVERY OF THE MOULD OR STAMPING
The mould is delivered to the customer or we execute production.
