Our work does not end with the production of the die: testing and after-sales service are integral and essential parts of the process. At this stage we work to
ensure that each die conforms perfectly to the initial design, that it meets our standards of quality and efficiency, and that its performance is maintained over time.
Testing
We test each die in-house to verify that it meets all technical and quality requirements. Testing is divided into two distinct steps:
- Functional testing of the die, performed on presses with belt feed line;
- Dimensional inspection of the samples, carried out using three-dimensional measuring machines, with issue of the relevant dimensional reports.
Upon request, in addition to testing on our presses, we can also test the die at the customer's site, directly on their press and in their production facility.
We can also produce prototypes, pre-series, or the entire production of the desired metal component, also performing additional processing to moulding, such as welding, bending, and assembling.
After-sales support
On delivery,
we always provide up-to-date drawings of the final and actual state of the die, including all modifications made from design to final set-up. This comprehensive and up-to-date technical documentation is an essential tool to
facilitate any future maintenance or modification work.

we continue to support the customer with a comprehensive, fast, and reliable service. We guarantee routine and extraordinary die maintenance, as well as the
supply of spare parts even years later.
