We manufacture
manual dies, progressive dies and transfer dies for punching, deep-drawing, drilling, and bending operations on sheet metal, stainless steel, and aluminium structural components. Each die takes shape through an in-house, standardised production process designed to ensure:

Thanks to an integrated workflow, what is defined in the design is faithfully reflected in production or updated in real time, tracking all variations.
- Die quality and efficiency
We combine specialised operators, a complete shop, and state-of-the-art technology to constantly increase the quality and efficiency of our dies.
- Punctuality in delivery
We monitor each order in real time to optimise time and costs, avoid delays, and ensure on-time delivery.
We manage the entire process in-house, from the first blank to the final product, in close connection with the technical department.

Our team
Our production is entrusted to
a team of operators with a long experience, great dynamism, and specific skills. Each operator has
real-time access to all project documentation, including the technical drawings. In this way, we can
ensure maximum consistency with the design and intervene promptly in the event of variations.
Our machine inventory
Ours is a complete and up-to-date tool shop with continuous investment. The inventory includes:
- 3- and 5-axis high-speed numerical control (CNC) machining centres
- Gantry-type machining centres
- Wire EDM
- Lathes and grinding machines
All production rooms are air-conditioned to ensure the well-being of the operators and the maximum efficiency of the machinery, which has a positive effect on the precision of processing.
The entire production process is certified in accordance with
UNI EN ISO 9001.
Progressive automation
Our team consists of highly specialised operators. In order to make the most of their skills, we started a progressive automation of the simplest and most repetitive tasks. This enables us to
allocate skilled resources to more complex and strategic operations, increasing the precision and speed of processing, and minimising error margins.
Management and monitoring
All our machines are interconnected to management systems, following the logic of
Industry 4.0. The automation of operational activities
reduces the need for constant supervision and improves the efficiency of the production department. We use
ERP, MRP and MES platforms to plan, co-ordinate, and monitor every stage of the production process in real time, from material management to order progress. This lets us
optimise time and costs, avoid delays, and ensure on-time delivery. All production data is constantly tracked and shared with the customer, ensuring
maximum transparency and control.
