Our support for local and community projects

Our aptitude for innovation and our forward looking approach are not only expressed internally, but also reach out to the region where we were born and raised. We have always been committed to supporting projects for innovation and growth in Trentino and the community that we belong to. Here are a few of them:

Sustainability project

As sons of Trentino, we love the territory we live in and feel a responsibility to safeguard it. For this reason, we have carried out several actions aimed at reducing the environmental impact of our activity.
We have had a modern photovoltaic system installed on the roof of our production facility, allowing us to work using renewable and self-generated energy: an important investment that we are proud of. In order to further reduce CO₂ emissions, we are constantly tinkering with our factory, improving its energy efficiency: thermal insulation, replacement of windows and doors, and installation of LED lighting are just some of the measures taken. Our office building is also built with the utmost attention to energy savings. Every choice we make is informed by sustainability: from the purchase of environmentally friendly machinery to the progressive digitalisation of all processes, which allows us to minimise paper consumption.

We are working using renewable energy produced by a solar power system implemented with the support of the FESR Programme 2021-2027. Project co-financed by European funds of the Autonomous Province of Trento.

ASD BIKE MOVEMENT project

ASD Bike Movement is a mountain bike school founded in 2016 and chaired by Trentino cyclist Ivan Degasperi (2014 world champion master 1 category). Starting with introducing very young children to the world of cycling, right up to the start of competitive cycling for boys and girls, the school aims to be a tool for mental/physical and social well-being, helping to develop their skills and a correct approach to competition. An outstanding project, which we are proud to support.

US LAVIS project

US Lavis is a sports club in the municipality of Lavis (TN) founded in 1953, which plays amateur football within the FIGC (the Italian Football Federation).
We support activities as the main sponsor of the Under 13 category of the youth sector, contributing to the growth of young athletes in the area as both sportsmen/women and individuals.

Training and educational projects

As enthusiasts of the future, the younger generation is our most important resource. That is why we invest in them through various training and educational projects. On the one hand, we indulge the curiosity of the very young by organising company visits, during which students from local primary schools have the opportunity to learn about the entire production cycle. On the other hand, we promote the training of young people by hosting internships and apprenticeships in cooperation with various schools, with the aim of offering students a first connection with the world of mechanics and concrete opportunities for professional growth.

The transmission of knowledge: two masters in the company

We believe in the value of experience and the responsibility of passing it on to the next generation. This is why we are proud to have two outstanding figures in the company:

Claudio Berteotti: Master Craftsman since 2011, witness to a long technical tradition and a great ability to innovate.
Marco Nones: awarded the Star of Merit for Labour, one of the highest national honours for Italian workers, in 2025.

Their presence is a concrete guarantee of expertise, passion, and daily commitment to the professional development of young employees.
