Many years of experience, a lot of passion, and continuous innovation make us a reliable, quality partner in the production of
cold forming dies for sheet metal and metal component moulding.
Founded in 1974 in Trentino as a small machining company, we are now present on the Italian and international market as
suppliers to leading companies in the automotive, household appliance, construction, furniture and industrial shelving sectors.
The metal components made from the dies we manufacture are used by the world's most prestigious car manufacturers and the most renowned household appliance and furniture brands.
Dies and metal components
We specialise in the production of
manual dies, progressive dies and transfer dies for punching, deep-drawing, drilling and bending operations on sheet metal, stainless steel and aluminium structural components. Every day, we strive to ensure:
- Customisation
Each die is the result of a constant dialogue with the customer and a design conceived to comply with the supply specifications and optimise the die, extending its durability and reducing scrap.
- Quality
We combine specialised operators, comprehensive tooling, and state-of-the-art technology to ensure consistency with the project, maximum quality, and efficiency. Each die is made and tested in-house.
- Punctuality
We plan, coordinate, and monitor each stage in real time to ensure optimisation, maximum transparency, and on-time delivery. Each die is delivered with the drawings updated to the final and actual state.
- Durability
Each die is designed to withstand stress and last for a long time. In addition, we offer a service to ensure routine and extraordinary maintenance, and the supply of spare parts even years later.
- Full service
We manage every stage of the production process: from feasibility analysis to method definition, from design to testing, up to delivery and production of prototypes, pre-series, or the entire production of the desired metal component.
Customer satisfaction
Our aim is to respond precisely to each customer's needs, establishing strong and lasting partnerships.
At the beginning of each project, we assign
a personal project manager to the customer, ensuring a single, recognisable, and always available contact person.
From then on,
communication with the customer is constant:
- During the design phase, the conversation often evolves into a co-design activity: we propose solutions to simplify the realisation of the product, optimise its cost, and improve its performance;
- During production, we plan, coordinate, and monitor each stage in real time, tracking and sharing all production data;
- After-sales support consists in punctual and reliable service, even years later, guaranteeing maintenance and the supply of spare parts;
This approach - based on constant presence and dialogue - allows us to offer a tailor-made, efficient, and high-quality product, the result of a transparent and optimised process at every stage.
Experience, Innovation, Monitoring
A team of professionals
From design to production to testing and moulding, all our processes are entrusted to a team of professionals with
long experience, great dynamism, and specific skills. At each stage, each contributes to ensuring
quality, precision, and consistency.
FEM and 3D CAD CAM software
Thanks to specific FEM (Finite Element Method) software, we simulate the moulding process,
preventing any critical issues that might arise during die testing and
consequently reducing set-up times. We use 3D CAD CAM software for design.
ERP, MRP, MES systems
We have automated the simplest and most repetitive tasks to
enhance the skills of our operators and increase the efficiency of the process. The interconnected machines work in synergy with
ERP, MRP and MES systems, ensuring
reliable planning, real-time monitoring of every production step, and on-time delivery.
Full service, from idea to manufacture and beyond
We manage every stage of the production process:
- We analyse the feasibility of the project
- We simulate the moulding process
- We define the moulding method
- We design dies in a 3D environment
- We produce the dies in our complete and up-to-date workshop
- We test the dies in-house, using presses with belt feed line
- We perform dimensional inspection of samples, using 3D measuring machines
- We deliver drawings updated to the final and actual state of the die
- After delivery, we guarantee complete die support, with maintenance and supply of spare parts even years later.
On request, we produce prototypes, pre-series, or entire productions of the desired metal components. In addition to moulding, we offer additional processing, such as
robotic welding, bending, and assembly. We also work with reliable and established partners to offer further processing, such as
laser cutting, painting, galvanic treatments, and zinc coating.
In this way, the customer gets the finished product by relying on a single partner and without having to take any action. In fact, we can manage the entire production process: from die making to moulding, from raw material procurement to subcontractor management, through to maintenance and logistics.
